THE PHILOSOPHER
UK, MANCHESTER
I made my first song in the studio at 12 however only started releasing music in September 2023, since then i have released over 11 singles and one EP and filmed multiple music videos. In 2024 my song 'Push & Pull' was featured on BBC introducing and BBC Orbit Pilot. I feature regularly on the likes of Diamond Radio and since the new year (2025) I have performed live over half a dozen times with the likes of Sindysman, Diminuitive Arthur, Bambeh, Khi-p, Sleazy F Baby, Shiloh Minott and many more. I would describe my style as of now as a mix of new school and old school boombap, drumless soulful beats, playing with metaphors, alliteration and an array of wordplay and comedy. ( Hence 'The Philosopher') But also varying to very serious heartfelt songs about heartbreak and death. My influences are from absolutely everywhere from Sonny Jim to Micheal jackson to Riff Raff to Gorillaz to NBA Youngboy and Bob Marley. One of the local artists from Old Trafford I have been influenced by is 'Stef Smith' although he hasn't released in about 6 years he definetaly influenced the taste of music and mine today.

- THE PHILOSOPHER
The Philosopher’s music is detailed, layered, and delivered with a tone that’s calm but cutting. You don’t just hear it - you pause, rewind, and rethink.
The Philosopher brings a unique blend of vulnerability, creativity, and street-level observation that hits different. There’s no need for flexing, the depth speaks for itself.
This is someone who doesn’t write rhymes to impress. He writes to process. To challenge. To document. And somehow, he makes even the smallest moments feel worth exploring.
There’s a deep sense of purpose in his work, not in chasing clout, but in keeping his word - to himself. He doesn’t define success by numbers, status, or streams. His presence is humble, but his creativity is bold. His bars carry the weight of lived experience, translated through soulful flows and sharp metaphors.
